Terms

Last updated 4 October 2026

These are the rules for using Hobby. They're short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your apps are yours

You own the apps you put on Hobby and the data in them. You give us permission to store and run them so people you choose can use them. You can download your data and leave at any time.

What you can't put on Hobby

If an app breaks these rules we may take it offline. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.

Plans and prices

The Free plan includes 5 apps and the Maker plan is $10 a month for 25 apps. Each plan has reasonable limits on things like storage and traffic, and Maker's are higher; if you need more, we can agree a Custom plan. There's no charge per app. If one of your apps gets popular enough to need more, we'll tell you before anything costs more. If we ever change prices, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

Keeping things running

We work hard to keep your apps online and backed up, but Hobby is a young service and we can't promise it will never go down or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. You can always download your app's data.

Ending things

You can delete your apps or your account whenever you like. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the dashboard. Questions? Contact us.
